We are a small family-owned print shop with a long-standing reputation for quality and service in our community. Our shop specializes in a variety of printing services, including digital printing, offset printing, large format printing, and custom design services.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Print Manager to join our team. As a Print Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the print production process, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and expertise in print production.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate print production activities, including prepress, press, and finishing operations
- Ensure that all print jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide guidance on print options
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels of printing materials and supplies, and coordinate orders as needed
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accurate color reproduction and print quality
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in printing technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Print Manager or similar role in the printing industry
- Strong knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, press, finishing, and quality control
- Proficiency in typography, layout design, and print advertising
- Familiarity with digital printers and large format printing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
